Makes me wonder why we've never had Metal Gear Solid games for PC before. It's greatly optimized (besides the new patch) and one of the best games I've ever played. If you aren't using that driver, you need to do so. They made it specifically to improve performance and reliability on this game. Before the game was even finished downloading on launch night, I downloaded the GeForce Game Ready Driver, and have been using that. I'm using 1.0.03 as well and it's working fine.
